Each citizen born in the United States has three major provisions in the 14th amendment.
The Citizens Clause: granted citizenship to all persons born or naturalized in the United States.
The Due process Clause:declared that states may not deny any person "life liberty and property" without due process of law.
The Equal Protection Clause: Said that a state may not deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. (nolo.com)
