Who should have the "right to bear arms?" (OS)
Higher class people like cops, military, and the government should have the right to own a gun or guns because it is obvious that people who aren't in the government, military, or are a cop don't have what it takes to own a gun. Considering all of these tragic events that have happened over the years because a gun or guns fell into the wrong hands of a person and they don't have the same mind set as cops because policemen want to say people or try to remove the danger that may be harmful to regular citizens. Policemen don't want to kill or injure people but "crazy" people don't think like that they don't care about how sad and how much chaos it will cause to everybody around them.

What is the NRA'S position on "smart/personalized" guns? (OS)
The NRA (National Rifle Associations) doesn't think that people should own guns who aren't in the government or a cop. They think that people who is trained and knows how to use a gun when needed should be the ones who should own a gun or have access to them.

Does it protect an individuals right to a gun possession? (OS)
No because the amendment is "the right to bear arms" it doesn't specify the requirements to own a gun. It doesn't state how old you have to be to own a gun, or what type of person can own a gun, etc. The amendment does not state the requirements needed to own a gun or have access to one.
