The first amendment is the freedom of speech, freedom of religion, assembly, press and petition

2. Who wrote the First amendment?
James Madison wrote the first amendment in 1789.

3. Where was the first amendment made?
The first Amendment was created in Virginia.

4. When was the first amendment wrote and published?
The first amendment was wrote in September 25, 1789 and published in December 15 1791

5. Why was the first amendment made?
The first amendment was created because Americans inception, citizens demanded a guarantee of their basic freedoms.

6. Why is the First amendment so important?
The First amendments guarantee and protect our natural rights.

7. Does the First amendment apply to the internet?
Institutions that are required to uphold First amendment free speech rights generally must uphold
these rights on the internet as well,

8. Does the First amendment apply to jobs?
Employees in the public sector, who work for government entitles, have first amendment rights,
to certain restrictions. Even though the first amendment free speech criteria do not apply top speak freely.

9. What is the value of the First amendment to us on the nation?
Enable citizens to express their thoughts and beliefs in a free society. Allows to practice any religion people want.

10. Do students have the same level of the First amendment as adults?
No. The supreme court also said that students rights must be considered against the "special characterizations of the school environment."
