Amendment 19 states: "The right of the citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or
by any State on account of sex."

This amendment was created because women were protesting that they wanted the same rights as men.
The problem that this was suppose to solve is that women can have the same rights as the men do. They also protested to get the same amount of education and positions in the goverment.
