you have rights to own a gun with out getting in trouble

1.When was the amendment created?
it was created in 1776 .it was made by John Madison
2.What would happen if the amendment did not exist?
if the second amendment did not exist you could not defense your self. there was a guy that was going to die from a man that had a knife but he had a gun and he defensed him self and he kill the other guy but he did not get that much in trouble for charges.
People would get guns illegally and there would be more robberies. Without the second amendment, there would be more murders. If people wants guns legally, they can't.
4.How does the amendment affect you?
In my opinion I think that the second amendment is a good amendment because that if you wented a gun you could get one legally. if the amendment wasent there you couldent own a gun but how to get guns is oun legally
