The 7th amendment is about the provision protected the idea of trail by jury.

Answer the following Questions:

1.When was the amendment created?
The 7th amendment was created in September 25 1789.
2.What would happen if the amendment did not exist?
The Judge would be the only one judging the accused. The jury would not be judging the accused. There would not even be a jury. That would make the trial unfair. The judge always thinks the accused is guilty, while the jury actually thinks through it and uses "High Order Thinking".
3.How would that change our country?
An accused person would have unfair trial. The Judge and the Jury would have to agree on an awnser. That is fair because more than one person is confirming it. If one person confirms it, mabye the other side disagrees. Again, the Judge is someone who thinks of people guilty.
4.How does the amendment affect you?
The 7th amendment affect us because if we were on trial and the judge said you are guilty when they were no evedince and there was no jury you don't need strangers to tell if you are guilty or not guilty.
