What are the main facts?
This case is a left off of of the watergate scandal.
Nixon had recording of all the phone calls about the robery at watergate.
If nixon gave those recordings up he would have had to step down.
Nixon kept refusing to give the recordings up.
Once he did he had to step down from his presedency.
