Eun:
This article was about how the wide reciever of the new york Giants, Plaxico Buress shot him self
in the leg at the manhattan nightclub. This article relates to the second amendment because buress did
not have a permit for the handgun that was used to shoot himself in the right thigh which is then a illegal
gun/firearm. He is now out on $100,000 bail and is to return to the court on march 13th 2009. Since he
did not have a permit his sentence is probably around 3.5 years to 15 years behind bars. The gun he had
used to shoot his right thigh is believed to be a .40-caliber glock pistol. Later on as they found more
evidence, they found out that burress was seen at the latin quarter nightclub in manhatten at 1:20am
and left around 1:50am and also was taken to the hospital at 2:04am which was recorded on hospital
surveillance cameras. So far the Giants don't know yet what they are going to do with the maybe "former"
wide receiver for the Giants.

This article is about the second amendment which is the right to bear arms. Police are searching for several people who broke into two homes on Monday morning. They were armed with guns. The two accidents happened within a half an hour of each other. Both cases are similar so they might be connected. One of the victims was a hispanic man that spoke little english. The police found out that there were four men that demanded money and claimed to be police officers. The men tried to force him onto their car but the victim got away without major injuries. Police are searching for additional evidence.
